A refreshed identity for Arriva
Arriva is introducing a refreshed identity some 20 years after the Arriva name began to appear in towns and cities across the UK and Europe.
From 2018, businesses across the UK and Europe will adopt the refreshed identity, including the new Arriva logo, progressively and cost effectively.
The new identity supports Arriva’s strategy for growth and its vision of becoming mobility partner of choice, while positioning it more strongly in a changing transport market.
Arriva is now a major European transport operator, running buses, trains, coaches and even waterbuses across 14 countries.
Alison O’Connor, Director – Corporate Affairs, said: “Arriva’s logo, and in many cases our blue and cream buses, has become part of the fabric of towns and cities across Europe. There is a great sense of pride in the Arriva name and brand and it was important to us that we retained what is special about Arriva. Our new identity is more customer friendly and will support us as we develop our services to deliver the flexibility and choice that our customers want.”
